About

Michele Hines has been a great advocate for any person she is helping in what ever position she has been placed in.  Her qualities of being a people person became apparent when she was old enough to talk. She has always had a love for working with the public to help them achieve their goal. Her professionalism was nurtured while working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base as a Co-op Student during High School years.  The many great teachers were there to guide her with high expectations. As she continued to climb the corporate ladder, she worked in Human Resources. Furthering her career; she began working for a local Mental Health Agency managing their medical records and transferred to a management position at a sister facility. It was when she worked for a sub-contractor in area hospitals for the In-Patient Financial Dept. that she decided to try out the Real Estate business, of course during the time when the Real Estate bubble burst around 2007-2008. The change came with many challenges, such as learning how to navigate through the doubt and fears of the unknown with her clients who may or may not have been first time home buyers but were, none the less, inexperienced in buying and selling in market that was referred to as a The Depression and a The Market Crash. The oath she took when licensed and prescribed in the Code of Ethics/Cannon of Ethics would reflect honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, sound representation of clients, efficiency and organization, all of which she has been preparing for her whole life with her morals and values as a daughter and her employment up to now.

Mrs. Hines’ qualities shine through in her work with her review from her clients as well as the recognition for President’s Sales Club Awards of Achievement recognizable by the amount of sales as well number of sales transactions completed. She sets goals and achieves them. Respectfully putting the client first and listening to the needs, wants and must have is something that has shaped her career and their needs. She is a forward thinker and embraces challenges with integrity and enthusiasm. Her enthusiasm for her work is contagious and she encourages people whenever she has a chance. Working along side her in a Real Estate transaction is an organized, timely and efficient process; a refreshing change from the normal progression of a sales contract and addenda. She expresses her personal opinion does not belong in any part Real Estate transaction. She does not loose site of the goal to represent the client to the best of her ability. Her reward is an overwhelmingly satisfied client who just received the best representation in a Real Estate transaction they have ever experienced because she was leading the way.

A Director of Springfield Board of Realtors and chairing many programs and committees such as Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) Programs Chair; Co-Chair and Chair-Person for the Springfield Board of Realtors Programs, Events and Awards Committee and other committees have honed her leadership skills in Real Estate. She remains versatile in three markets surrounding her by maintaining her membership with the Western Regional Information Systems and Technology MLS (WRIST) of which is the Multiple Listing System (MLS) for the Springfield Board of Realtors, the Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) and the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) MLS’. She is also involved in the community by volunteering with the S. Charleston Heritage Festival, and Christmas in South Charleston.
