Chris Moore - Service Director, City of Springfield Mr. Moore is the Service Director for the City of Springfield, Ohio. He provides oversight and support to the 155 men and women that serve the citizens of Springfield through 12 divisions: Administration, Street Maintenance, Traffic Control, Forestry, Water Distribution, Sewer Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, Water Treatment, and Wastewater Treatment.
